Our Westfield Eastgardens Playgroup is all about creative and unstructured learning through play, which is essential to children’s development, as it helps them explore and understand their world. Westfield Eastgardens have partnered with Playgroup NSW to bring customers a new playgroup activity every fortnight.
Book Week Puppet Making Workshops
When: Thursday 24th August
Times: 10-10:25am, 10:30-10:55am & 11-11:25am
Where: Level 3 Westfield Member play area outside Hype DC
Cost: FREE. One booking is required for each child attending the session.
This week will be exploring all the different ways that we tell stories. We will have various activities for children to explore including a puppet making workshop! We encourage participants to dress up as their favourite storybook characters! Feel free to bring the special book along to share with the group.
*Please ensure you arrive on time as the sessions follow a 25 minute lightly structured schedule. If you do not arrive within the first 5 minutes of the session start time your spot will be forfeited and walk in's will be offered your place.
Hosted by Playgroup NSW, Book Week workshops are FREE sessions which allows parents, guardians and children to get creative together and join a guided session in our Westfield Member kids play area.
