Event description

Calling all lovers of books and art! Come celebrate Book Week by joining us for a very special Map-making Workshop with artist Annie Guo. Annie Guo (also known online as Pencil Critter) is an illustrator and bookworm who loves storytelling through creating interesting characters and worlds in her art.

In this workshop you will be learn how to create a stunning portable map that is based on a world from your favourite book alongside drawing an accompanying character portrait!

All attendees will also be placed into a draw to win a lucky door prize of a limited-edition Book Week tote!

This event is strictly limited for students ages 9-16

Materials at the event will be provided but please bring your favourite book for reference.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket or contact the library. If you are late to arrive, your ticket may be reallocated to someone else.
