You will learn how to streamline routine tasks such as email communication, meeting note summarisation and content creation, significantly reducing time spent on these repetitive tasks.

In this workshop, you will explore fundamental concepts such as prompt engineering and summarisation techniques, using real world examples tailored specifically to business use. Gain hands on experience writing prompts that result in more precise, accurate and useful outputs.

This workshop will also cover some of the new ChatGPT features, including new tools to customise ChatGPT specifically to your business, analysing data easily, interpreting images and remembering details from previous conversations, making your workflow smoother and more efficient.

• Using ChatGPT to automate daily tasks, such as emails and summaries.

• Understand how to summarise information quickly and clearly using ChatGPT.

This session is for small business owners looking to generate content ideas and streamline business processes using ChatGPT.

Creative Director Kasia McNaught understands the marketing challenges small businesses face, with more than 16 years experience providing specialist marketing and business advice.
