With business inefficiencies accounting for up to 30 per cent of a business's operating costs, it is vital for business owners to identify these inefficiencies.
Using a seven step process. you will learn how to systematically identify opportunities to reduce costs, waste and time inefficiencies in your business, improving your bottom line and leading to increased profitability.
This topic covers:
- Analysing the elements contributing to your profit, generating ideas for optimising sales, reducing overheads and decreasing variable expenses
- Using the Seven Wastes, a powerful process developed by Toyota and tailored to small and medium busienss owners, to identify where waste is occuring in your business and developing removal strategies
- Developing a one page plan to reduce inefficiencies in your business and increase profits
This workshop is for business owners looking to identify inefficiencies within their business for improvements.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
