We’re partnering with New York Personal Training at NYPT Health & Rehab to bring you a high-energy bootcamp that pushes limits and builds strength. Expect circuits, bodyweight challenges, partner drills, and coaching that meets you where you are — whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mover.
Set against the open air at NYPT’s facility, this session is designed to challenge your stamina, fire up your muscles, and bring the community together in serious sweat.
