Boot Scooting Society is all about making line dancing easy, social and genuinely fun. I teach every dance step by step, so you absolutely do not need to know what you’re doing before you arrive.
No partner. No experience. No pressure.
Just great music, plenty of laughs and a room full of people giving it a go.

From time to time we capture photos and short clips during our events for Boot Scooting Society’s socials and promo.
We focus on the atmosphere rather than individual dancers. If you’d rather not appear, just let us know when you arrive and we’ll happily keep you out of shot.

- Do I need any line dancing experience?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for complete beginners. Every dance is taught step by step, and you’ll be dancing with confidence before you know it.
- I’m coming on my own. Will I feel awkward?
Not at all! Many people attend on their own. Boot Scooting Society is a friendly, welcoming community, making it easy to meet new people.
- What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Boots are welcome, but comfortable flat shoes with a smooth sole work perfectly too.
- Is there an age limit?
Classes are designed for adults. If you’re under 18, please contact us before booking.
- Is there food and drinks available?
You can bring your own water and soft drink. We wont be serving any food or drinks at the venue.
- What’s your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. If we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
- I’m 50/60/70… am I too old?
Not at all! Our classes welcome adults of all ages. Line dancing is about having fun, learning at your own pace and enjoying great company. Many of our dancers are trying it for the very first time. It really is never too late to start.
