Born to Rise - Women's Gathering for connection and intention setting for new year.

Join the Born to Rise women's gathering on Thursday, January 2nd, for an evening of conversation, meditation, connection and to set our intentions for the new year.  Sometimes we need a moment to re-set, re-charge and be with other women who want to support our missions, passions and purpose.  This will be a time to invite in some clarity and flow for what you desire for your upcoming year.  The Sanctuary is a beautiful and welcoming space.  It has cushions to sit on, blankets to keep you cozy and a clean open space to clear your thoughts. 

We will start with a short guided meditation to open us to clarity and flow.

Open the discussion around what we want to let go of, open to, clear out, make room for, get unstuck and fill ourselves up with.

Then we will do a ceremony to set our intention for the new year.

Light snacks and drinks will be available but please bring what you like to eat and drink if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal if you like and an open mind.
