POSTPONED: Boronia Grove Community Centre Family Fun Day

Thank you for your interest in attending the Boronia Grove Community Centre grand opening and Family Fun Day this Saturday 26 June.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Council has made the decision to postpone this event to ensure the safety of our staff and community.
Council had planned to allow attendees to explore the new indoor facility, with much programming taking place indoors. Council will look to host this event once indoor capacity restrictions have been eased.

City of Parramatta Council has redeveloped Boronia Grove into a multipurpose community space. To celebrate the grand opening of this new facility, members of the community, particularly those in the Epping Ward, are invited to attend a Family Fun Day.
Spanning across two levels, the community will now be able to use the below facilities:
* A function space for hire
* An art space for hire
* Five meeting rooms available for hire
* On site cafe coming soon
To celebrate, City of Parramatta is hosting a free ticketed Family Fun Day for local residents. As part of this event, Council will be running tours of the new facility throughout the day, which will be conducted in Mandarin and Korean translations. Local community members can enjoy live music, composting workshops, games with Active Parramatta, Parramatta Artist Studios activation, free showbags and a sausage sizzle, plus more.
As an official supporter of Plastic Free July, City of Parramatta is avoiding single use plastic at the event. Please bring along your bottle and refill at our water refill station.
