BOSS Advantage Mentor Program 2026

BOSS Advantage is a mentoring program for swim school and aquatic leaders who want real progress, practical tools, and strong industry connection.

You’ll join a cohort and take part in six live online sessions across Feb–Aug 2026, supported by fortnightly 1:1 mentoring catch-ups between group sessions. Expect practical conversations, shared problem-solving, and momentum you can actually use in the business.

This program is designed to deliver strong member value. For $499, you’re getting six facilitated sessions with experienced industry leaders, plus ongoing mentoring touchpoints to help you apply what you learn, not just hear it.

Mentoring rhythm

Fortnightly 1:1 catch-ups are scheduled directly between each mentor and mentee.

Bonus: We’ll also host a BOSS Mentor Alumni Luncheon at SPARK National Conference (Gold Coast, 25–27 Aug 2026) for all cohorts. Details shared closer to the event.
