We all enter a new year with big ideas, exciting goals and the best intentions. But before we add more to our already full plates, what if we considered what's taking up space?

Because a fresh start isn't always about doing more, achieving more or reinventing ourselves. Sometimes it's about letting go of what no longer serves us and creating space for the things that truly light us up.

Jennifer Gifford, Founder of The Threshold Studio, will guide us through practical exercises, thoughtful reflection and a few lightbulb moments. We'll explore how to turn that new-year energy into meaningful, lasting change - without the pressure of another overwhelming list of resolutions.
