Botanicals and Organic Forms: A photographic workshop
Event description
A photographic walk through the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, observing native flora and how they appear under various lighting conditions. Lead by your favourite local fine art photographer Sebastian Zenere, you will explore the easily-overlooked beauty of the Botanical Gardens. Through your own lens but with a different purpose, Sebastian will guide and challenge you during this inspiring afternoon.
What you will learn?
Understanding of various qualities of light:
How to see and shape natural and artificial light for creative impact.
Appreciating for natural forms:
Capture beauty in nature through texture, shape, and composition.
The technical aspects of macro photography and/or still life:
Use macro gear, master focus and lighting, and create detailed still life setups.
What to bring?
Your DSLR or Mirrorless camera (all brands welcome!) Don't forget to charge your batteries and bring spares
Macro lens optional but recommended
Please bring weather appropriate clothing include a jacket, comfortable shoes and hats
