Core Carer Training - Big Baffling Behaviours

Caring for children who have experienced trauma can be challenging. In this training, we will get curious and explore what may sit beneath your child’s big, baffling behaviours from a neuroscience and attachment lens. We will consider our own responses to these behaviours and explore ways you can regulate yourself so you can offer your child co-regulation. We will explore practical strategies to create felt safety between you and your child. This training would best be done after the core trauma training.
