Event description

Join us and immerse yourself in a botany workshop! 

We will take you on a guided walk of Rickabys Creek Reserve, where participants will learn how to identify the native plants, as well as seed collection and germination.

Grab your free goody bag which will have a variety of plant identification tip, tricks and tools.

This will be followed by a yummy morning tea.

Refreshments and all equipment provided.  


What can I expect?

  • You'll be provided with everything you need. 
  • No experience is required!
  • Yummy refreshments, tea and coffee.

What do I need to wear and bring?

  • Wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt, sturdy closed-in shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
  • Bring a bottle of water.

The event is open to everyone. Children must be supervised by an adult. Spots are limited.
