Ever wondered how breathwork works!!! I would love to invite you to join me in a an introduction to breathwork,where you will explore some slow and fast breathing techniques.

I'm a certified Master Breatwork facilitator, and meditation instructor.

Enjoy a ceremonial cacao which open your heart and mind, blending beautifully with your breathwork experience and connecting to yourself.Bringing the crystal sound bowls in to assist you in a deep relaxed state.

Using Conscious breathing to assist in resetting your nervous system, feeling lighter and relaxed.

We all hold onto stress, this is your opportunity to let go in a safe space, non judgement and allow your body to release what no longer serves you.

The magic and power of the breath will take you on a transformative journey, igniting your soul.

It is my honour to guide you, and to hold space for you whilst sipping our cacao setting your intentions, followed by a deep relax meditation, slow and fast breathing excercises, ending with deep rest, share circle and some take home tips.

Schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar or psychosis,unmanaged PTSD epilepsy or seizures,heart conditions,COPD , lung conditions first trimester pregnancy,high blood pressure,very low Bp, severe asthma, undergone recent surgery, it is imperative I disclose this information to the facilitator. The facilitator may present further alternative practices.
