Resilience isn't about how strong you are; its not about how you handle situations now; it's not about returning to the 'status quo'.
Resilience is using adversity or challenge as an opportunity to grow and further in personal and professional development. Each experience we have allows us to progress and learn.
Building your personal and professional resilience allows you to set goals, foster positive and healthy relationships, regulate emotions, bounce back from change or conflict, adapt and problem solve, and improve your overall physical and mental well-being.
This workshop will:
- explore the 6 domains of resilience
- identify ways for developing resilience personally and professionally
- increase self-capacity for emotional regulation
- build awareness for the causes of workplace stress and conflict
- explore communication skills including de-escalation techniques
- provide an environment for employees and employers to upskill
