Boundaries, Triggers and Truth Bombs
Event description
Red Tent Aotearoa is committed to providing a platform for people to initiate their healing.
It's a place to laugh, cry, share and learn, but most importantly, it's a place to connect to create your community.
Our community circles on the 2nd Sunday of every month are open to everyone.
Our monthly Red Tent Women's circle is held on the 4th Sunday of every month.
Kia ora dear community you are invited to join us on Sunday, 10th Aug from 3-6pm for our monthly community circle at The Quaker Center 217 Ferry Road.
It's time to go deeper into understanding your Triggers, strengthening your Boundaries and feeling confident in hearing and delivering some Truth Bombs!
Do any of these sound like you?
· Feeling overwhelmed by everyone else’s feelings, moods, needs, problems, negativity, and even illnesses.
· Habitual people-pleasing, usually to your own detriment.
· Sudden awful attacks of negativity which result in passive aggressive mutterings and actions.
· Exhaustion, anger and frustration from carrying and caring about everyone else while receiving nothing in return.
· Recurring monetary, relationship and work woes.
· Depressing heaviness and physical illness, as a result of absorbing external energies.
· Fear and distraction caused by intrusive psychic or supernatural events or energies.
· Generalised anxiety, the product of always needing to watch for unseen dangers.
· Constant compulsions, which are often signs of tending others’ needs and energies while neglecting your own.
· The embarrassment of behaving in ways that don’t reflect your real self and that allow you to put up with the ridiculousness of others.
· That nagging feeling that the universe is there for everyone except you.
This workshop aims to give you access to some fantastic insights on why you're being triggered, how to find out how strong (or weak) your current boundaries are, practise some exercises to strengthen your boundaries, along with some opportunities to deliver some truth bombs.

Bio-
Jill is a vibrant, highly skilled facilitator. She is a colourful change maker and visionary, with a strong passion for connecting women to make their dreams come true. She has the life path of the Spiritual Messenger and has taken on the role of gathering the tribe. She has a wicked sense of humour and shares her message through storytelling and laughter.
With over 20 years experience in running women’s circles and qualifications in Holistic Counselling, Shamanic Path and Practice, Compassionate Communication, Meditation, Red Tent Facilitation & Yoga Teaching her goal is to help educate, awaken and enlighten people to their power, strength and natural gifts.
Jill wants everyone to know that belonging to a community should not be about conforming or giving away your power. It should be about becoming a purposeful being who is able to encourage and nurture others while receiving support and compassion yourself.
Jill believes that competition is obsolete and the only way forward is collaboration. Red Tent Aotearoa is built on the model of Sacred Commerce, where the number of others you help succeed measures your success.
Asking for help and being open to receiving it are the biggest lessons Jill hopes to impart on people, along with a deep knowing that you are never alone!
By removing the self-imposed “masks” that are firmly in place in society we can all start to work towards healing the earth via healing ourselves.
