A calming introduction to connect with your body and breath. A seamless integration of breathwork and Bowen techniques to relax and rejuvenate. A closing meditation to anchor your experience and help you feel balanced and energised.

A collaborative event blending Bowen therapy and breathwork, designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with calm. Led by Angie from Balance and Energise Bowen Therapy and Debbie from Bella Vita Yoga & Meditation, this one-hour session combines:

• Bowen Therapy: Gentle moves to release physical tension and reset your nervous system.

• Breathwork: Guided breathing exercises to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.

Limited to 6 participants!

What to bring: Yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, and a travel pillow (optional for when you’ll be lying on your tummy).

• Participant Requirements: Limited to 6 participants. Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, and pillow. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
