• Bowen therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that promotes circulation, releases muscle tension, and restores balance in the body.

• Sound healing brings deep relaxation using therapeutic vibrations to help clear stress and promote harmony.

Together, these therapies create a powerful space for healing and renewal.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and an eye mask. A small travel pillow is optional for comfort when lying face down.

• Booking & Payment: $55 payment is required to secure your spot. Booking is confirmed upon payment; all sales are final.

• Cancellation: Notify us 48 hours before the event to cancel. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. A full refund is provided if the organiser cancels.

• Participant Requirements: Limited to 6 participants. Bring a Yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, and a travel pillow. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

• Health & Safety: Consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns. Participation is at your own risk, and the organiser is not liable for injuries or health issues during the event.

• Event Changes: The organiser may change event details if necessary and will notify participants.

• Privacy: Your personal information is used solely for managing your booking and event communication.
