Boxing, chi, mediation and breath work Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6:30.

As we journey through the Yang and land in mindfulness letting go of everyday struggles and hurdles in a safe space. We build connection through community to ensure the journey of inner and outer health is aligned.

Looking forward to having you for more fun filled spaces.

Tuesdays are with Sarah a 18 year health and life coach with a huge banner of expertise from holistic health, ex martial arts champion and mindset coach,

Thursday are joined with Kate McLaren the NSW state boxing champion.

As the forces collide we want to bring you the most profound integrated mind body and spirit experience.
