Boyd Synnott's Last Hurrah

Please join us to reflect on and celebrate the life of Boyd Synnott on Tuesday 27th June, 2023 at 75 Reid St, North Fitzroy, at 12:00pm.
Feel free to come at 11:00am to see an exhibition of Boyd's art, to leave a message on his casket, and to share a few welcome drinks before the ceremony begins at 12:00pm. A wake with food and drinks will follow at the same venue.
Please RSVP by Sunday June 25th to assist with catering and seating plans. You can RSVP by clicking the 'RSVP' button on this screen. There is no charge for this, it is just so we can track numbers.

There are around capacity for 300 people in the main auditorium at 75 Reid St. If you are family, close friend, someone who has been in Boyd's life over the recent past, or someone who has known him for many years, we encourage you to come to that space. It is important you come a little early to secure your place in the auditorium.
For others, including those bringing support people who may not know Boyd personally, we encourage you to attend one of the two following spaces, or to watch the livestream:
- The livestream being broadcast in the smaller Reid Room at 75 Reid St
- The livestream being broadcast at the Fitzroy Arms -296 Rae St, North Fitzroy

Parking and Public Transport
Parking around Reid Street can be tricky, so leave plenty of time to find a spot. There are many 2 hour parks around the venue - for longer parking, head to Alfred Crescent where the Edinburgh Gardens are. There are also regular trams along Brunswick St and Nicholson St.
