Event description

Join us to celebrate the official opening of BPAC at Neil Street and the launch of our Appeal!

Formally the Neil Street Uniting Church, this precinct will now become a home base and performance venue, for many local performing arts groups and artists under the management of the Ballarat Performing Arts Community Inc.

You will be entertained with performances from our member organisations the Ballarat Choral Society, Ballarat National Theatre, Ballarat Lyric Theatre, Ballarat Symphony Orchestra Chamber Players, Ballarat Voices, Ballarat Lyric Theatre and BLOC Music Theatre. Additionally, Hedley Thompson, Freya and Tom McGowan along with local band Plum Green will perform, and the night will be hosted by Luke Tonkin and Roland Rocchiccioli. Furthermore, our very own internationally acclaimed pipe organ will be featured in this celebration of the performing arts in Ballarat.

Why stop at the performance? Purchase a VIP ticket and you will not only receive premium seating but entry to the post show Gala Supper where you can meet the performers and members of the BPAC Board.

All profits from this Gala Concert go towards purchasing the site to continue providing a home for local performing arts groups to grow and flourish. Be part of something special and help us build a stage for the ages.
