Focus on wellbeing and watch your business thrive
There is a direct link between employee wellbeing and performance. The data from the Best Places to Work™ Annual Survey shows that happy, healthy, fulfilled people are more productive and have a greater drive to succeed. This is supported by research conducted by The Happiness Advantage over a decade, showed that happiness raises nearly every business outcome:
- 37% improvement in sales
- 31% uplift in productivity
- 19% increase in accuracy
And this has a positive impact on the organisation’s bottom line through:
- Increased productivity and improved job performance
- Decreased absenteeism
- Greater employee engagement and retention
- Stronger culture
- Better customer service and experience
- Greater innovation
Workplace wellbeing is so much more than a set of things or activities we can do - it is a leadership philosophy that helps create environments where people can thrive. And this means that you don’t have to spend a lot of money (or indeed any money) to create wellbeing within your workplace.
Come and hear from industry leaders on how to create wellbeing in your organisation
Join Dr Ellen Joan Ford - international TEDx speaker, Craig Hudson - former Xero Managing Director, and our panel of 2024 BPTW™ Awards winners and finalists for an interactive and highly engaging day that will provide practical and immediately implementable strategies, tactics, and ideas to create, encourage and maintain wellbeing within your organisation.
You’ll come away with:
- Real-world case studies and wellbeing initiatives that have dramatically improved business performance and profitability.
- A spectrum of immediately implementable ideas and tactics (many of which have no cost) to increase wellbeing within your teams, with a view to improve organisational outcomes.
- Compelling research and data to support business cases, showing the correlation between wellbeing and business outcomes.
- A thought provoking leadership philosophy that is simple, rational, and effective, and will help create a sense of belonging, autonomy and purpose across your organisation.
- New connections with other likeminded people.
What to expect:
This masterclass will show you how to create wellness within your organisation with a considered focus and programme, rather than being something that may be done on the side.
There will be a mixture of keynote, learning, and breakout sessions.
- This will be a highly interactive, engaging day
- You’ll be asked to contribute, and there will be opportunity to plan the wellbeing steps for your organisation
- You’ll also learn practical ways to get a gauge on the wellbeing of your people, and what to do with this information
- A light breakfast, lunch, and tea/coffee will be provided
