BPW Moreton Bay Christmas Party 2025
Event description
Come celebrate Christmas with the friendly women of BPW Moreton Bay.
Fabulous finger food, fun games, networking, great venue, lots of laughs and good cheer!
Take part in The Great Crappy Gift Exchange, wear your most festive outfit and get into the Christmas Spirit!
Ladies, it's time to take a deep breath, relax, graze on a generous offering of luscious nibbles and celebrate the season in the company of supportive women.
Instead of Secret Santa this year, let's get rid of some of those not-so-loved gifts we have accumulated in The Great Crappy Gift Exchange!
Been given bath salts but rarely take baths - Crappy Gift Exchange! Been given candles but just not into them - Crappy Gift Exchange! Been given a gag gift but just didn't find it funny? Crappy Gift Exchange!
No minimum value as this is just for fun. Everything to be in NEW condition ie unopened. Your trash could be someone else's treasure - or not - either way it will be fun.
No obligation to play but hey - all you have to lose is something you didn't want anyway!
This is optional too -
We will also be collecting donations of non-perishable food for the Caboolture Neighbourhood Centre to provide to those in need.
As there are many homeless people this year, the needs are quite specific - please consider that most homeless people do not have access to cooking facilities so ready-to-eat food and snacks are most appreciated eg
ring pull cans of tuna, ham, baked beans, spaghetti, fruit or other tin foods that can be eaten cold
breakfast cereal and long-life milk
snacks - muesli bars, biscuits, crackers, chips, nuts, dried fruit, jerky or biltong, ready-to-eat popcorn, fruit leather etc
toiletries - for both male and female - deodorants, wipes, toothpaste, lip balm, hand soap, small tubes of hand or body lotion, facial moisturiser, wash cloths etc.
Thank you - even the smallest of gifts makes a big difference in the lives of those with no place to call home.
See you with bells on! (or tinsel)
