Brad’s 10-Year Fundraiser 💙

10 years. A lifetime of memories. One very special reason to come together.

This year marks 10 years since we lost Brad to Brain Cancer.

To honour Brad, his life, his memory and the incredible impact he continues to have on our family and community, we’re bringing everyone together for a very special afternoon of lawn bowls, food, drinks, laughs and fundraising.

For everyone asking what’s happening on the day… here you go!

And if bowls isn’t your thing, that’s totally fine — just come down from 5pm and join us for the night. We’ve got over $20,000 worth of prizes donated, so there is PLENTY happening besides bowls!

1.30pm – Arrive & get into teams
Grab a drink, have a catch up and we’ll get everyone sorted into their teams.

2.15/2.30pm – Bowls starts 🎳
We’ll hit the greens for our knockout bowls competition. There will no doubt be a few people taking this far more seriously than they should 😂

4.30pm – Bowls wraps up
We’ll crown our winners and head back in for a drink.

5pm – Ornella brings the tunes 🎶
This is also the perfect time for our non-bowlers to join us! Come down, grab a drink, check out the silent auctions, buy some raffle tickets and have a look at all the amazing prizes that have been donated.

6pm – Dinner 🍴

7pm – Raffles drawn 🎟️
Time to give away some of the ridiculous amount of prizes we’ve managed to pull together!

7.30pm – Live Auction 🔨
We’ve got some pretty bloody good things going under the hammer, so hopefully everyone has had a couple of drinks by then and is feeling generous 😂

8.15pm – The Chocolate Wheel makes a comeback 🎡
This one is a bit special. Brad actually made the Chocolate Wheel himself, so 10 years later we’re dusting it off and bringing it back out for another spin. 💙

Then… Peter Adams is back on the decks 🎧
And we’ll finish the night with a few drinks, plenty of music and a dance for Brad.

Whether you come for the whole day, play bowls, or just join us from 5pm — we’d just love to have you there.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since we lost Brad. This is really just about getting everyone together, remembering him, having a great day and hopefully raising a heap of money for Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer along the way. 💙
