Keep your brain active, your body moving and your breathing balanced with Brain Gym exercises!
These gentle sessions combine breathing exercises with simple movements with the aim to support brain health, coordination and focus. Enjoy fun activities designed to encourage left-and-right brain coordination while promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
These are free classes which are suitable for adults of any fitness level.
These sessions are run by Rubina from ABCD Yoga and are Sponsored by Australian Community Aged Care.
