The Sydney Startup Hub in partnership with Vitae has launched The Brain Power Series 2.0. This is a series of weekly online neuroscience workshops available to all NSW-based startups, scaleups, freelancers and small businesses. These sessions will run weekly over a 4-week period and are complimentary.
Week Four: Neuroscience of Growth
Growth. It sounds sexy - but it comes with a myriad of difficult decisions, pivots, and pain points that can make or break businesses. Growth and scale require; adaptation, understanding, and the ability to translate mistakes/learnings into strategic actions. Whilst this sounds simple, knowing how to best drive growth within yourself and a company with minimal growing pains, is actually anything but simple.
Vitae.Coach’s Neuroscience of Growth online workshop arms individuals and teams with the neurological knowledge of growth, how we learn, and how we can adapt to advance ourselves and organisations. Sharing a number of neurohacks (quick brain hacks) with business hacks, attendees will learn how capitalise on growth and avoid the common growing pains of scaling.
This online workshop will cover:
- neuroscience of growth and learning
- how to build your culture for growth
- neurohacks to best respond to growing pains
- business hacks to capitalise learnings and effectively adapt and pivot
By the end of this 45-minute online session, attendees will be equipped with behavioural and business advice to drive growth and accelerate personal and professional development for themselves, teams and business.
