Event description

  • Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed at the end of the work day?
  • Do you struggle to address the behaviours in your classroom?
  • Do you often discuss behavioural issues with your team, come up with a plan and see no change?

Working with children throws up lots of unique challenges and as educators we want to give children the best start and guidance in order to help them learn and enjoy their early learning journey.

This online professional development is designed to give you the confidence and assist you in understanding why children behave in certain ways and provide you with information to check where your expectations are and what is developmentally appropriate.

We will give you the confidence and mindset to set the children in your classroom up to thrive, not just survive.

Brainstorming Behaviour is one of our most booked professional developments. We have been presenting it for over 10 years to all levels of qualifications and experience levels.

By the end of the course, teachers, educators and carers will be empowered with a number of strategies to

  • Use in the classroom for teaching self-regulation.
  • Look at your impact on the classroom environment.
  • Revise specific teaching strategies that are examples of behaviour management in the Early Childhood Environment.

You will also

  • Have the opportunity to voice and raise any concerns that you are experiencing in your work environment.
  • Have a workbook to use as a guide through the workshop.
  • Receive a certificate of attendance at the completion of the course.

We will

  • Endeavour to empower and inspire you with our experiences and knowledge.
  • Share our top 10 teaching tools from our toolbox, which we have been using in the classroom for decades.
  • Use anecdotes from our teaching practices.
  • Ask you questions and offer you loads of insight.

Just a little extra information

  • Like a face-to-face workshop, this workshop will run as a face-to-face virtual class.
  • You don't need any special software, just click the link we email you at the start time and you'll be connected.
  • Participant numbers are capped to ensure questions can be answered and discussions facilitated.
  • You can log in from anywhere, at work or home.
  • A recording is available on request.

We look forward to meeting you virtually soon.
