Description

Located on 16 acres in Brookline, the historic Brandegee Estate is one of the region’s true hidden gems. ICAA New England members are invited for an exclusive private tour of this remarkable property, rarely open to the public.

Originally known as Faulkner Farm, the estate was developed at the turn of the 20th century by Mary Pratt Sprague, later Mrs. Edward Brandegee. The impressive residence was designed by Little, Browne & Moore, while the celebrated formal gardens were created by architect and landscape designer Charles A. Platt. The estate became an important early example of the Italianate garden revival in America and remains remarkably intact today.

Guests will enjoy a private tour of both the house and grounds, exploring the estate’s architecture, interiors, and historic gardens. The afternoon will conclude with an intimate cocktail reception on the property.

This special members-only event is presented in partnership with Lisa Tharp Design, whose generous support has made this extraordinary experience possible.
