Event description

Brave Heart Retreat

Mindful Meditation Day Retreat - Mary Potter Community Centre

Sunday, June 15th , 10am - 4.30pm

This Retreat focuses on how we can bring a strong, loving, compassionate presence to the fore when facing challenges in our lives.

During our day together we will engage in a range of movement, sound and meditation practices which act as doorways into Presence. This enables us to discover our Brave Heart within.

The day will be facilitated by Neave Ross-Wallace, and she welcomes everyone from beginners through to seasoned practitioners to come and share this day of practice and discovery in community together.

You are welcome to arrive anytime after 9.30am for a 10am start.  We finish at approximately 4.30pm.

Please bring: A yoga mat or blanket to lie on.  Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.

Leeya, our food goddess, will be joining us and serving a simple vegetarian lunch to nourish us during our time together.

Please note that the retreat is not suitable for anyone receiving intensive psychiatric or mental health care.

If you are financially challenged, please reach out to us and let's see what we can arrange.

"You are the still and constant and vast space of
intelligence and awareness that is unmoving.
It is not personal.  You must discover this"
