Brave, Not Perfect Echuca 2026
Description
Brave Not Perfect is returning to Echuca/Moama. 💜
A year after our last event here, we’re coming together again to hear the stories of women in our community. The honest parts, the unexpected turns and the moments when they chose to do things differently.
Join Women of the Murray at Fuzion Cafe on 19 November 2026 at 6:30 pm to hear from Talia Moore and Alana McLeod.
Meet Talia Moore
Talia’s journey began in corporate law, took an unexpected turn into professional Muay Thai and led her to a career coaching women. For more than 15 years, she has worked in fitness, finding her niche in pre and postnatal exercise.
As a MumSafe™ Trainer and pre/postnatal exercise specialist, Talia has supported hundreds of mums through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond into midlife. Her hope is to improve postpartum care and women’s health across our region, because when mums are supported, the whole community benefits.
Meet Alana McLeod
Alana is a physiotherapist, business owner, author and mum of three neurodivergent children. After moving from Perth to Echuca, she navigated motherhood, burnout and her own late neurodivergent diagnosis. Along the way, she began questioning a lifetime of trying to get things “right.”
That journey has changed how Alana understands herself and how she practises physiotherapy. She has built her mobile practice, Be Yourself Allied Health, created Embodied Neurodivergence and written her first children’s book, The Storm Inside Me.
Alana is learning that bravery isn’t always about pushing through. Sometimes it means trusting yourself enough to do things differently.
Come as you are. Bring a friend, or come on your own. Brave Not Perfect is a space to listen, connect and find those reassuring “me too” moments with other women.
