Bravery Quest – An Adventure Exploring Our Feelings 🌟

Join us for an engaging two-hour session where children (Prep to Year 6) and their caregivers will embark on a fun and creative journey to explore feelings, build emotional awareness, and grow confidence – all through play.

🧭 What to Expect
Through imaginative and inclusive activities like puppet play, scavenger hunts, making an emotional compass or robot, mindfulness, role play, dress-ups, and storytelling – children will explore emotions in a supportive and interactive environment. There’ll be movement, laughter, and lots of opportunities to connect.

🍕 Bonus: We wrap up with pizza for everyone to share and enjoy everyone's company!

👟 What to Bring

• A drink bottle and a light snack for the short break

• Comfy clothes and shoes – ready for adventure!

💙 Who is it for?
This program is designed for children in Prep to Year 6 and their caregivers. It's especially suited for kids who may find emotions tricky. Our trained facilitators create a safe and welcoming space where everyone can join in at their own pace. 

**We do encourage parent participation to gain the most out of the workshop but this in not mandatory.
