Bread Baking - Sourdough and Rugbread

Learn how to bake your own sourdough bread with Joel who will share basic information as well as tricks and tips gathered over many years in his bread making business. This workshop will demonstrate and address everything sourdough from starter to the baking in a Dutch oven. 

We will also talk about and demonstrate the making of Rugbread, a very common form of rye bread from Denmark.

Cost: $15 or $10 for members.

Please bring a plate to share for morning tea/light lunch.
