BREAK THE SILENCE — SUPPORTING MEN THIS MOVEMBER

Three hours to finally put down what you’ve been carrying.

Everyone thinks you’re doing fine. But how are you really feeling?

For many men, life becomes a constant cycle of responsibilities, expectations and pressure.

There’s often very little time to stop, reflect and reconnect with themselves.

This Movember, I’m inviting 11 men into a small, supportive space in Drummoyne for a guided 9D Breathwork and mentoring experience.

You don’t need to have the answers. You don’t need to explain what you’re going through. And you certainly don’t need to share your personal story.

No judgement. No fixing. No pressure to talk.

What you’ll Experience

RELEASE • RECONNECT • RISE

* A warm welcome into a small, supportive space where you can simply be yourself.

* Time to reflect and set your intention. Explore what you’ve been carrying, the thoughts, feelings or patterns that may be holding you back, and what you’re ready to release.

* A deep, immersive 9D Breathwork journey, using headphones, guided breathing, music, subliminal beats, and layered sound to support your personal experience of letting go and reconnecting with yourself.

* Reflection and gentle mentoring to explore what you’ve discovered, reconnect with what matters to you, and begin creating a clearer vision for the way forward.

* Time to ground and reflect with light refreshments and space to integrate your experience.

Your experience is your own. There’s no pressure to speak, share your story or explain what you’re going through.

BONUS

Complimentary 7-day trial of the 9D Breathwork app, giving you an opportunity to continue exploring breathwork in your own time.

A personal reflection diary to take home, along with two weeks of optional follow-up encouragement and support.

Imagine leaving with a clearer mind, a renewed sense of purpose and a stronger connection to the man you want to be with a clearer path forward.

This is an opportunity to give yourself three hours that are entirely yours.

Meet Your Host — Julie Lucas

Through Break the Silence, I create a welcoming, confidential space where men can feel comfortable, supported and free to simply be themselves.

My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself — having had the opportunity to release some of what you’ve been carrying, gain greater clarity and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose.

Let’s explore what’s possible.
