His executive roles include CEO of EdConnect Australia, Sports Chaplaincy Australia, Variety WA, and Habitat for Humanity Australia, as well as Chief Operating Officer of YMCA and New South Wales State Manager for World Vision.

Michael is widely respected for his strategic insight, energy, and passion for building stronger communities. His leadership has consistently focused on empowering people, fostering hope, and driving meaningful change. Now at Sonshine, Michael is dedicated to advancing its mission of hope and connection, ensuring the station continues to be a trusted and inspiring voice across Western Australia.
