"Breaking the Cycle" – A Men's Initiation Workshop

BREAKING THE CYCLE is a monthly men’s workshop series supporting men to break through the patterns they’ve inherited — and lead from love, not legacy.

This month’s theme: The Father Line

Whether your father was absent, angry, silent, or emotionally distant, his presence left an imprint.
And for many of us, that imprint has echoed through our own relationships, parenting, and ability to lead with presence.

This workshop is an invitation to meet those patterns, release what is no longer yours to carry, and take your place as a grounded, heart-led man.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Guided breathwork and somatic release

• Embodied voice and movement practice

• Reflection around the father wound and lineage

• Safe and confidential group circle

• Symbolic fire or ritual process

• Optional invitation into ongoing work (Foundations for Fathers)
