My journey with breathwork isn’t just a story—it’s the truth of how I found my way back to myself. I’m a mom of three, and like many, I’ve faced struggles and heartbreak that felt impossible to overcome. There was a time when my days were clouded by trauma and anxiety, and I kept going mainly for my kids. But deep down, I wanted more than just survival—I wanted to heal, fully and truly.

Breathwork came into my life when I needed it most, like unlocking a door to the parts of myself I’d lost. The process wasn’t always easy; it took facing some difficult truths and feeling emotions I’d buried. But with every breath, I felt myself getting lighter, freer. This journey taught me what real healing looks like, beyond just ‘getting through.’ It’s about reconnecting with who you truly are, letting go of old weights, and stepping into a space of pure, honest strength.

I bring that same truth and energy into every session I guide. My approach is warm and real—no sugar-coating, just authentic connection. On my social media, I’m open and vulnerable about my story because I believe in showing that healing isn’t a straight line and that it’s okay to feel deeply and let it all out. Breathwork transformed my life, and I’m passionate about creating a space for others to feel supported, let go, and experience true transformation.
