Reformer Pilates with Karin Zitzmann

Start your afternoon with a rejuvenating 50 minutes Reformer Pilates session designed to help you move with strength and grace. Karin’s supportive and empowering approach will leave you feeling energised, centred and confident in your body. Suitable for any fitness level, no experience required.

Afternoon Tea with Essential-Oil-Infused Nibbles

Take a mindful pause and enjoy a delicious selection of afternoon tea treats made with therapeutic-grade essential oils. It’s the perfect chance to relax, chat and connect with like-minded women.

Women’s Wellness Essential Oils Workshop with Marcia Davidson

Discover how essential oils can naturally support your hormones, energy and mood through all stages of life. In this hands-on workshop, Marcia will share practical ways to incorporate essential oils into your daily routines and you’ll be able to create your own blends to take home (additional cost $12 per item). All attendees will take home a free breast health spray (we have to look after our ‘girls’!)

Gentle Mat Pilates

Finish your afternoon with a calming 20 minutes mat Pilates class to restore balance and ease. A soothing flow to help you feel grounded, aligned and deeply nourished - body, mind, and soul.

Karin is a passionate Pilates instructor dedicated to helping women move with strength, grace and confidence at every stage of life. Through her warm and encouraging teaching style, she inspires others to find joy in movement, reconnect with their bodies and cultivate lifelong wellbeing. Her Reformer and mat classes at Keep Moving Pilates are known for their mindful approach and empowering results.

Marcia Davidson – Kickstart Your Wellness

Marcia is a certified nutrition health coach and essential oil educator, and helps individuals and workplaces take back control of their wellbeing with a no-nonsense, plant-powered approach.
