    A deeply restorative evening that will leave you feeling totally blissed-out! Join me for the ultimate self-care experience.

    WHERE: 30A Griffith St, Coolangatta (Upstairs in The Clear Skies Project Studio)

    BRING: Anything for your added comfort! You may wish to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, water bottle or journal. Please arrive promptly by 4:55pm to ensure we commence on time at 5:00pm.

    Find Your Bliss was founded in Feburary 2024 by Mindfulness Practitioner and Women's Coach Aditi. Aditi runs wellness events in Coolangatta, with a vision centered around creating safe spaces for like-minded individuals to connect, heal and grow. Aditi holds a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education (Psychology), along with a variety of holistic therapy qualifications including 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, Neurolinguistic Programming and Reiki III.

    All living matter is energy vibrating at different rates and frequencies. By altering the vibration, we can change the structure of living matter.

    Theta brain wave frequencies induce deep meditative and peaceful states, offering clarity of mind, relaxation, stress relief and heightened intuition. This is exactly what happens when the brain listens to sound bowls for a period of time. This concept is called ‘Entrainment’ which is the process of synchronising our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to.

    Science tells us that lifestyle and environmental stress can alter our health and DNA, creating long-term impacts to our epigenetics. Engaging in mindfulness and exposing yourself to sound healing creates a calm space for stillness, which will take you away from “dis-ease” into a more balanced state of being. Mindfulness practices that incorporate sound and breath awareness activate your parasympathetic nervous system response, allowing you to rest, digest and relax. This also has ongoing positive impacts to your biochemistry, from serotonin production to endorphins, and even melatonin to assist with pain relief, emotional regulation and sleep.
