Join us for a weekend at Elevated Springs in Hepburn, Victoria. With a powerhouse line-up, this retreat is designed to set you on a path of personal growth and deeper self-understanding. Across the weekend, you can expect engaging workshops, fireside chats, breathwork, a soak in the wood-fired hot tub, a magnesium plunge pool, and mindfulness practices — all while enjoying nourishing, wholesome food.

Breath & Break Through is three blokes — each with different perspectives, life experiences, and character traits — coming together to make one powerful team.
Join Mark, Kane, and Trevor as they guide you to explore deeper levels of self-awareness.

Through practical wellness sessions, group learning, mindfulness, and powerful breathwork, you’ll discover how vulnerability can lead to courageous living.
You’ll also learn simple rest-and-recovery techniques to help you find stillness and self-mastery.

Elevated Springs is completely off-grid and far removed from everyday life — the perfect chance to immerse yourself in nature and leave life’s distractions behind.

The retreat will focus on self awareness, connection, presence & performance.

The ticket also, includes a follow up zoom session, to enable participants to discuss and give feedback as they settle back home.

You’ll enjoy delicious meals and snacks (we cater for GF/VG/Veg). We’ll be fasting in the mornings to maximise the benefits of the breathwork sessions.

We'll be camping at Elevated Springs to make the most of the experience. Bring your own camping gear, or hire one of our comfortable swags for $60 cash on-site.

We’ll be donating 15% of the event proceeds to BlazeAid, an initiative of the Farm Owners Academy Foundation.

BlazeAid supports Australian farming families as they recover from adversity, connecting generous donors with farmers who need assistance. Donations go directly towards those who need it most, providing targeted support while empowering donors to make a meaningful difference.

Together, this initiative helps strengthen and build a more resilient agricultural community across Australia.
