Join WAVES + FLOW and Kate Schmdt for a slow, nourishing morning to gently reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and ritual.
Held at the serene About Time Bath House in Torquay, this special experience invites you to unwind, reset, and come home to your body.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga class led by Waves + Flow, focusing on mindful movement, softness, and presence.
Next, Kate Schmdt will guide you through a grounding breathwork journey designed to calm the nervous system and create inner spaciousness.
We'll then move into the saunas and bathing pools, allowing you time to integrate, relax, and simply be.

Expect soft music, incense in the air, and tea to sip slowly as we move through the morning together. This is a space for restoration, intention, and self-connection.
