    BREATH AND ICE TO START OFF THE DAY 

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    We start our morning with a simple breathing exercise to down regulate. Then we'll go into four rounds of a little stronger breathwork, and we'll finish it off with an ice bath. 

    WHO IS THIS NOT SUITED TO?

    Please be aware of the following contraindications for breathwork & ice baths:

    • Heart conditions
    • Pregnancy
    • Cold Urticaria
    • Epilepsy
    • Recent Operation
    • Panic Disorders
    • Certain medications - please gain clearance from a medical professional

    **IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME, PLEASE ARRIVE 15MIN EARLY TO FILL OUT WAIVER, OR HAVE A CHAT AND GET COMFORTABLE  :-)
