Join me for an evening of Guided Breathwork and Sound Healing on Saturday, November 22nd, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, where you’ll be invited to release, restore, and reconnect with your inner calm.

We’ll begin with breathwork to clear tension and stagnant energy, opening space for deeper awareness and healing. As your body relaxes and your mind softens, you’ll be bathed in a symphony of sacred sounds from:

🎶 Didgeridoo (Yidaki) – Deep grounding resonance to cleanse and balance energy
🎶 Handpan – Soothing, melodic tones that calm the nervous system
🎶 Crystal Singing Bowls – Pure frequencies to realign the chakras
🎶 Medicine Drum – Rhythmic beats to awaken life force energy
🎶 Native American Flute – Heart-opening melodies of peace and connection
🎶 Chimes – Celestial harmonics for deep rest and surrender

🌕 The energy of this evening invites release, reflection, and renewal, helping you realign with your natural rhythm and inner stillness.

🧘 What to Bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Pillow/cushion & blanket
Water bottle
Eye pillow or scarf (optional)
Comfortable clothing

Breathwork is best practiced on an empty stomach – allow at least 2 hours after eating before the event.
If you are pregnant, have implants, sound-induced epilepsy, or serious mental health conditions, please inform me before attending.
Street parking only – allow time to arrive and settle in calmly.
No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled.

This will be a gentle yet powerful journey inward — a chance to reset, restore, and return to harmony through the power of breath and sound.

About your facilitator:

Jamie Belso is a passionate sound healer and multi-instrumentalist, known for creating deeply immersive healing experiences using instruments like the Yidaki (Didgeridoo), Crystal Singing Bowls, Medicine Drum, and his voice.

With a background in Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki, he weaves together Sound Healing, Breathwork, and other holistic practices to guide individuals into states of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

Jamie has facilitated everything from intimate sessions to large community events, drawing on years of experience, wisdom from time spent with various cultures and practices from around the world, and a commitment to creating safe, sacred spaces for transformation.
