Step into a space where breath meets sound.

This is not your typical breathwork session.
This is a two-hour guided experience where conscious breathwork is paired with live, intuitive sound to take you on a multidimensional journey.

Together, we create a container that allows you to:

Release what’s been held in the body
Move stagnant energy
Access clarity, emotion, and insight
Drop into a deeper connection with yourself

The breath opens the body.
The sound moves it.

Working from two sides, breath as the activator, sound as the amplifier, this experience creates a powerful pathway into breakthrough states.

And breakthrough doesn’t have to mean heavy.
It can be emotional.
It can be subtle.
It can be expansive, joyful, even euphoric.

This is about resetting your system physically, mentally, and energetically.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

There’s a lot of breathwork out there and a lot of sound baths.

This is neither.

Live, responsive sound
The sound is created in real time, responding to the energy in the room and your individual process.
A dual-facilitated journey
Two practitioners holding the space from different angles creating depth, safety, and a more dynamic experience.
Release + Play
We honour the depth of real emotional release while keeping the space light, human, and open not overly rigid or ceremonial.
Science meets the unseen
Breathwork supports the nervous system, oxygenation, and emotional regulation, while sound works on brainwave states and vibrational shifts.
Together, they create a powerful bridge between physiology and something more intuitive.
A modern, grounded shamanic touch
Rooted in ancient practices, delivered in a way that feels accessible, safe, and relevant.

Ankesh Chopra
Ankesh is a facilitator and guide dedicated to practical, grounded wellness for the modern world.

His journey began through his own personal challenges growing up in a home where everything appeared stable and successful from the outside, yet feeling an inner disconnect that eventually led him to question, explore, and rebuild from within.

Over the past four years, Ankesh has facilitated breathwork sessions and group circles that blend practical nervous system education with modalities such as sound, movement, cacao, and intentional practices.

His approach is down-to-earth and relatable, influenced by years in the corporate world, extensive travel, and learning from teachers across India, Guatemala, Peru, and Mexico.

Today, he supports others in slowing down, tuning into their inner signals, and creating space for clarity, calm, and genuine self-connection. His work is designed to help people feel more grounded, present, and empowered in their everyday lives.
