About the Event

Alessandra and Linda wish to welcome you to join us for an amazing collaborative workshop of Feldenkrais and Sound Vibrations on Saturday December 7th.

This 1-day event of meditation, mindfulness, movement and creative sound orchestration will be facilitated by Linda, experienced Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physiotherapist together with Alessandra, talented sound therapist.

The theme of GRATITUDE and GRACE will be focused on closure of 2024, the year past and preparation on intentions for 2025, the year ahead .

Complex and beautiful sound vibrations will deepen your journey into yourself, along with gentle movement explorations to release deep seated stress and obsolete patterns, flowing into grace and ease.

What to bring (not essential but recommended for your comfort!):

BYO Lunch, water bottle, mat, blanket, layers of loose comfortable warm clothing.

Tea , coffee and kitchen facilities will be available .

No Perfumes please.

Sound therapy contra indications: pacemaker, metal implant, recent surgery, epilepsy triggered by sound, first trimester of pregnancy, current broken bones, stroke. Please inform us any other concern.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event, so we can start on time.

About your facilitators:

Linda Hardey is a gentle intuitive Feldenkrais Practitioner with 24 years of experience, who enjoys to assist people to move more easily and freely. FELDENKRAIS Awareness Through Movement Lessons make your movement, posture and breathing freer, stronger and more balanced; through an ingenious yet simple process that very quickly takes you into a deep state of calm which helps you to sense what you are doing.

Alessandra holds a Master’s in Sound Therapy and is a certified Group Sound Facilitator, Mind & Body Eating Coach, and Reiki practitioner with a background in science. She combines her knowledge of physics and wave frequencies with biofield tuning (the energy field of living beings) and energy balance therapies, bridging ancient healing techniques with modern science. Alessandra founded Waves for Thriving to help people embrace their healthiest, happiest, and most conscious selves and achieve their highest potential.
