Breath Lab: Autumn's wisdom

Breathwork is for wellness, calm, rejuvenation and growth all at once! Let autumn's arrival teach you the wisdom to surrender the tension and stress, go inwards and gently find your own flow. 

This is a somatic experience, where the body's breathing patterns become a meditation. Sessions are based on the science & art of breathing. You build energy yet experience deep relaxation, find clarity & focus, peace of mind.

In this monthly workshop, you can expect to:

• EXPLORE multiple breathing techniques, gently and at your own pace. 

• REGULATE your nervous system, build resilience and you capacity to hold more, be more, flow more in your life. 
  

• SOUND healing, gentle movement or body work is offered during integration; optional free Herbal tea or snacks at the end for those wanting community.

Your FACILITATOR: Amelie, a Registered Nurse and Level 2- Advanced Breathwork facilitator (Certified with Flow Institute Australia).

Our VENUE: exclusive use of the serene site at 1770 Getaway, we practice on the undercover veranda next to the lilypond & tropical gardens.

BRING: yoga mat, cushion/pillow, blanket, water, comfortable clothes. Limited spare equipment on the day, contact us if you require a mat.
