Breath Lab: Sacred breath

A nurturing breathwork class for a soft heart expansion, stress release and self-discovery. This is a bespoke experience:

Sacred breath + healing sounds + some light bodywork integration.

In this workshop you can expect to:

• EXPLORE multiple breathing techniques, gently and at your own pace. 

• SOMATIC integration with sound, body work, aromatherapy.

• Complementary herbal tea offered for the breathing community.
  

FACILITATOR: Amelie, a Registered Nurse and Level 2/Advanced certified facilitator (Flow Institute Australia).

VENUE: 1770 Getaway Villas, we practice on the undercover veranda next to the lilypond & serene tropical gardens.

WHAT to bring: yoga mat, cushion/pillow, blanket, water, comfortable clothes. Limited spare equipment on the day, contact us if you require a mat.
