Join Troy and Bec at Studio 4 Higher Ground Fitness as we guide you deeper into you!
We will begin the session with a group connection activity. After connecting, we will delve into some of the science to breath work, this is designed to ease the curiosity or the logical/rational mind - in this time there will be time for questions (please ask!) before we begin our journey inwards diving deep into the subconscious mind.
Along the journey of breath, I will be your guide, using various sound instruments to allow you to disconnect from the fast-paced logical mind and allow you go deep into the subconscious, during the breathwork flow unresolved issues may be brought to your awareness for resolution - this at times can be uncomfortable, there may be forms resistance in ranging from physical/mental/emotional pain, just know that it is totally normal and more so its 100% safe. We only have 1 rule - JUST KEEP BREATHING, and remember you are JUST breathing.
This will be a deep dive into you, knowing that each person's experience will vary - some may have a breakthrough-type experience whereas others may find deep inner peace. All is perfect and welcome.
The benefits of this session are profound and not to be missed! A sense of connection with self and community, realigning to soul/spirit to your purpose.

What to bring:
Just yourself, please wear loose comfortable clothing.
If you wish you can bring, an Eye Pillow (Optional) or,
Blanket/Small head pillow.
