What to bring?

• Water bottle, journal to capture your journey (optional), socks (optional)
• An open heart with an open mind; leave any expectations at home as all journey's are very individual.  
• Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes -  both sessions are designed to be somatic; therefore your body may want to move and will require attire to do so freely.
