What to Expect:

✺ Sacred Ceremonial Cacao – The heart opening medicine of Chuncho Cacao, sourced with reverence by Orchard St. from Cusco, Peru, prepared traditionally with love.

✺ Dynamic Breathwork – Activate your energy centres and release blockages through a guided, deep breath series.

✺ Movement Medicine – Flow with the rhythm of your body, tapping into its innate wisdom and freedom

✺ Connection to Spirit and community – Comes as you are, with the invitation to explore what lies deep, dormant and unspoken. Empowered by the strength of community, witnessing, liberating & healing together.

CACAO CONTRAINDICATIONS 

Concentrated cacao is not for everyone, as there can be contraindications with certain health conditions; 

- People with a taxed liver, digestive issues, high blood pressure and heart conditions may need to approach cacao with caution 

- We encourage you to avoid (or limit) caffeine before the event

- No alcohol is to be consumed before the event, during and preferably AFTER I’x Cacao

- Cacao will not push you to have an experience 

- If you are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding you will have a smaller dose 

- It is recommended you seek the advice of your health professional before taking I’x Cacao in ceremony if you take anti-depressants, or suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks
