Have you ever wanted to try Breathwork? if so this event is for you. From working with a number of modalities over the past 26 years as a health practitioner, Breathwork was an incredible awakening experience where I tapped into forgotten emotions, beautiful memories, and release of old trauma. I have since completed a number of Breathwork courses including Holotropic, Shamanic and the Wim Hoff technique.

Breathwork / Meditation Session

followed by Journaling and Warm Cacao

Yoga Mat (spares avail if needed)

Eye mask or scarf to cover eyes

Warm blanket (spares if needed)

Breath work is a powerful tool to switch off the mind, tap into our inner wisdom and to let go of what we no longer need.

The sessions involve different breathing techniques including accelerated breath along with music to move into an altered state of consciousness. You are in control and depending on the level you want to enter, altered sensations such as tingling in the hands may occur.

This technique can evoke intense physical and emotional changes. Therefore, there is a list of specific criteria that exists to advise against participation. For anyone considering trying breath work, it is a good idea to discuss possible risks with your healthcare provider before embarking on this alternative practice, especially if you have any of the following conditions;

Cardiovascular disease
Heart attacks, high blood pressure, and angina
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Recent injury or surgery
Any condition that requires you to take medication
Panic attacks or psychosis
Seizures
Severe mental illness
Aneurysms (or family history)
You are pregnant or are breastfeeding
